A (Standard grade)
These pins are the closest to perfection we could get. Minor surface scratches may still exist, as they are inevitable when making handmade pins.
A-
These pins are almost perfect but have a slight flaw that could include a very small dot on the pin/enamel filling
B (Minor Flaws)
These pins have minor flaws with either pinhole(s), scratches, and enamel filling defects but the pin is still very beautiful.
C (Major Flaws)
These pins have major flaws which may include deep scratches, missing metal, or missing enamel.
Exchanges are limited to pin availability. Returns are not guaranteed and shall be reviewed on a case by case basis. If a return is accepted, the customer agrees to pay for return postage. Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, lost parcels, or stolen items.
All buyers outside of the US are responsible for any import/duties fees which may include VAT fees for the EU/UK. They agree that this will be an extra charge they must pay once the item arrives to the destination. If the item is sent back to us, customer relinquishes the product or has to pay shipping again.
